Payment Options
Credit Card:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards on our 100% secure server, using SSL technology. These are accepted for all U.S. orders as well as those in Canada. At this time, due to fraud constraints, we cannot accept credit card payments from any other international locations. Please see the information below for other payment options.
Check / Money Order:
Business Checks, Personal Checks, and Money Orders in US funds are also accepted for payment. Please note that we must wait 10 business days for any Personal or Business Check to clear before we can ship out your order. Money Orders are guaranteed and allow for immediate shipment of your order (depending on product status). Please do not send cash for payment, as you risk the loss of these funds in the mail. The website is enabled to accept credit cards online, if you would like to use one of the aforementioned means of payment please call our customer support team at 1.877.954.7732 to get authorization.
International Orders
As noted above, we cannot accept credit cards for orders outside of the U.S. and Canada due to the risk of fraud. For these orders, we can only accept payment with an international Money Order in U.S. funds. Please note that shipping charges will be different to these locations and will need to be confirmed before sending payment. Pricing Policy
Our goal at Breast Cancer Awareness Promos is to deliver the finest products to you at the lowest price possible. Using a variety of distribution methods, we can stay very competitively priced while offering the level of service you deserve. If you find a lower price anywhere on the Net for one of our products, let us know and we'll do our best to beat it! Simply send an email to sales@yourpromopeople.com with "Lower Price" in the subject line. In the email, please include the item number and link to website where you found the lower price and we will be more than happy to assist you.
Product Images and Color
Breast Cancer Awareness Promos attempts to display product as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color seen matches the product color exactly. The display of the color depends, in part, upon the monitor used and how it calibrated. Item samples are available to provide optimal interpretation of item color and quality.

We at Breast Cancer Awareness Promos are committed to getting your order safely to your doorstep as fast as possible and at minimum cost. Calculating our shipping rates is easy: simply find the product you are interested in and you will find the shipping cost immediately below the price.

International Shipments
All orders to Canada are shipped by UPS Canada ground (5-7 business days). Shipping cost is based on total shipping weight and is calculated after you place your order. We also ship via UPS, FedEx or the USPS (United States Postal Service). For an estimate of international shipment fees, please visit each respective website, or email us at orders@yourpromopeople.com. All local duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiving party. Please contact your local customs office to determine these charges.
Tracking/ Delivery
UPS/Fed Ex
When your order ships, you'll get a UPS or FedEx tracking number in your shipping confirmation e-mail. This number allows you to easily track your package at http://www.ups.com or http://www.fedex.com. In some cases, it may take a day or so for your tracking number to show up in the tracking system. If you don't receive your tracking number within a day after the expected shipping date, please e-mail us at orders@yourpromopeople.com. Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
Delivery Time / Status
The total amount of time that it takes for you to receive your order is based on many factors including: delivery address, time of season, product ordered, etc. The estimated production time will be displayed on the product page and after the product is ready to ship we will use the most economical means of shipping the product to you while meeting your in-hands date.
Returns
All returns must be declared in writing within 5 business days of delivery. Breast Cancer Awareness Promos will refund the entire order if the error in product or imprint is the fault of yourpromopeople.com. If a customer has signed off on the artwork and product information we will not accept any returns or reimburse any funds related to that order. We always ensure that the client receives a proof and order acknowledgement to ensure that any mistakes are caught before the order process is complete.
